Perpetual House is owned by three friends who all have a love for Cornwall and particularly St. Ives.  Each with our own interests, be it walking, surfing, lazing by the beach or cruising the cobbled streets of the harbour, St. Ives and its surrounding areas have plenty to offer everyone.  It seemed like such a perfect place for us to buy a property and share our love of the area with others.  We hope you like it as much as we do!
